Welcome Our cottage on the Weirs was originally built in 1890. It was used for the first half a century as a horse barn with loft and stall. For the last fifty year's it was utilized as storage and workshop area. It is only befitting that we begin the new century with a makeover into a guest cottage for your enjoyment. The cottage is fully furnished for your complete enjoyment. You do not have to provide anything but your food and entertainment imagination. The kitchen is fully stocked from lobster pots to bottle openers. For the kids there is Digital Cable, Nintendo 64, VHS and DVD with surround sound. The sleeping areas are in three parts. Downstairs there is a commercial sectional sofa with a queen sleeper. Upstairs there is a queen sleeper and a queen bed. All necessary linens are provided by us. The cottage has central air conditioning and gas heat. There is a direct vent gas fireplace with remote. We have added some extra touches for your comfort such as ceiling fans above the upstairs sleeping areas and recessed lighting on the stairs for just a hue of light for evening trips downstairs! Both the upstairs and downstairs areas have a deck for entertaining. We provide a charcoal grill for your personal use. There is ample parking for two cars. If you have a travel trailer, we will make other arrangements to park it within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage is 100 feet from Endicott Rock Park (Weirs Beach), We are 1,000 feet from the Mt. Washington Boat and Half Moon Arcades. There are several restaurants within walking distance. No driving means less stress! Check out the Weirs Cam at www.winnipesaukee.com. The White Mountains are minutes away as is dozens and dozens of tax-free shopping opportunities. We have scenic tours that leave from the Weirs or a short drive into Holderness for the "On Golden Pond" tours. There are just too many activities to list here. However, we hope that you choose to stay with us and look forward to your return visit or first visit. RATES $215.00/night (six people max) $50.00/pp additional (NH requires an additional 8% meals and room tax) Weekly Rental Rates: $1,250.00 (six people max) $150/pp additional Sunday to Sunday Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. Check-Out Time is 12:00 p.m. Other times can be arranged when requested. We require a 50% deposit for your reservation. Remainder due on or before your reservation date. All refunds are subject to re-lease. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damage to your personal property. You will be given personal keys for locking your cottage.
